The "minimize all other windows" is not included in the window shortcuts list. This is, perhaps, by design -- I'll argue that this keyboard shortcut should be included in the list as it is an accelerator command that can replace multiple mouse click and hide-window commands. And it's also worth pointing out that there is virtually no documentation on the command.
I second this. Minimize all other windows is a very useful feature that is scarce in other window manager and it would be great if one could define a short key for it. Maybe it might also be considered as a matter of consistency : why would some window manager operations (the ones that are accessible through the window menu) have short keys and some others not ?
Thirded! My rationale is that it helps people focus if they can show only one window at a time. Desktops are distraction machines.
