Starting parole after updating from 0.1.91 to 0.1.95 it instantly crashes.

$ parole 

parole-ERROR **: Plugins Manager is NULL
aborting...

After removing ~/.config/xfce4/parole/parole-media-player.rc away everything was fine. Attaching the file and a backtrace.

thanks for the report, please try out the latest version 0.1.96 which should fix this issue.
