Right-click on panel menu plugin, then properties.
I've got the radio button but no text near.
Using french translation

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on panel menu plugin
2. properties


Expected Results:  
a string looking like "hide/unhide icon in this menu"
in french, of course :)

this works fine for me using current CVS and LANG=fr_FR.  the text isn't
translated (i guess the translators haven't gotten to it), but it does indeed
appear (in english).
