Displays junk characters for unicode file name

I am using Linux OS.
I have already installed required unicode font and enabled.
I have unicode (ta) filenames on NTFS partition.
When I browse through the directory Thumar is displaying junk characters in place of original letters.

I am able to see the file name correctly using another file manager which is installed along with Thunar.
Other associated applications are able to read the content in unicode and display correctly.

Thare is no problem in NTFS mounting as I am able to see the filenames correctly with other FM.

Thanks.

Old code, please reopen if this is still an issue with the latest thunar release.
