There is a bug in Terminal which makes the settings dialog appear in English, no matter what locales are used. Happens with all releases from 0.4.0 to 0.4.2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start terminal in your own language
2. Edit -> Settings
3. 'Settings' dialog correctly uses the locale settings
4. Help -> About
5. close 'About' dialog
6. Edit -> Settings again
7. 'Settings' suddenly are in English

Fixed, a call to libxfce4util did indeed reset the translation domain.
