xftaskbar4 cannot be moved it stays on top of the screen regardless of the
parameters that are set.
Using os-cillation debian packages version: 4.1.99.2+cvs.20041208-1

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open settings manager
2. Choose taskbar
3. Set it to appear on bottom of the screen

Actual Results:  
The taskbar stays on top

Expected Results:  
Go on bottom of the screen

i'm not seeing this with current CVS (as of about 2 minutes ago).

perhaps it would make more sense to report this on the os-cillation forum
(http://www.os-cillation.de/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi), though benny'll see this here...
