A manifestation of bigger screen being split

Hi,

I've encountered following problem when selected smaller (vertically smaller)
display to be primary (e.g. to be leftmost (0,0) one with xrandr).

A panel if moved to display one becomes invisible, and if moved to display 2 it
splits poor guy in two.

I've attached a screen-shot for latest occurrence.

Devel panel will handle this kind of screen positions without problems.
