Please let users choose their background and foreground colors. Black text on white background hurts my eyes.
Now that Mousepad relies on GtkSourceView, there are by default ~5 styles. If you want more styles, here you can find some instructions: https://wiki.gnome.org/GtkSourceView/StyleSchemes If you really want to choose the bg/fg colors, all you have to do is edit an style file(xml). Closing this bug as fixed, if you guys think that the solution is not suitable, please reopen.
