Created attachment 2538 Patch to use Path entry from .desktop file Use the Path entry from the .desktop file for working directory. Currently Thunar guesses a working directory based on the files given, or the location of the .desktop file. The attached patch uses the Path entry from the .desktop file, if specified. This field takes priority over the guessed working direcotry. This patch doesn't change the user interface, so with only this patch it would be a hidden option. If I patched the userinterface too I'll add that patch to the bug too.
Created attachment 2564 Patch to use Path entry from .desktop file in editor This makes the Path entry from the .desktop file editable in the desktop entry editor. This is actualy a patch for exo, but it is related to this bug.

Fixed. Was already present in exo.
