The clipman plugin fails to build with exo master because it can't find exo 0.3. Using terminal's ability to check both for exo-0.3 and exo-1 may be a cool way to fix this.
My opinion on this is no. Both versions should be installable in parallel and not necessitate useless if version one else version two.
