since updating to xfce4-4.6.1 all new windows fail to come in front of existing windows. My focus settings are: focus follows mouse new window focus off raise on focus off rais on click on even if new windows do not get focus they should be created on top of the z-order. I have been using xfce for 2 or 3 years and this has never been the case before. This is annoying and generally bad since warnings and error notifications are hidden behind the window that raises them , often meaning the error goes unseen.
