Hi,

Some characters are not correctly escaped in the Name and Description fields. For example, when you put a "&", the tooltip won't show up, and .xsession-errors will contain:
(xfce4-panel:3925): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to set text from markup due to error parsing markup

Using "&amp;" instead of "&" works.
