Right-clicking on the panel does not bring me the "Add New Item" line and the "Remove" line? How can I get those back?
Please fill in the version field and at least provide some useful information...
Some plugins override the right-click menu, like the tasklist. So then you have to click on another location. Another possibility is that kiosk mode is activated and CustomizePanel is set. At any rate, not a bug.
