Many konqueror/kde settings/options in 'Other sub menu'

In the sub menu 'Other' I see a list of options that belong to konqueror and/or KDE. Like for example Fonts, Cache, Javascript, Privacy, Web Behaviour. There are so many that it makes the 'Other' menu almost unusable. 

Could these be removed or moved to a sub-group?? 
 
I'm sorry if this is already known or if it's KDE's fault. I could not find a bug on this subject.

It's KDE's fault.  Tell them to fix their .desktop files.
