Hi,

on an horizontal panel, the weather information (temperature, etc) is so small that it's unreadable. The icon is very little too. As is, the weather plugin's display is only nice on big (>= 48 pixels) panels.

On vertical panels, the size of the two widgets is better. See "Screenshot before patch" to compare.

I've made a patch that changes the layout on horizontal panels, putting the text at the right of the icon on horizontal panels. I find it much more readable this way... See "Screenshot after patch", and the attached patch.
