Xfce4-xkb-plugin does not display "winkeys" variant in Russian

xkb-plugin gets all variants from xkeyboard-config databases (via libklavier). Indeed, in these databases no ru(winkeys) variants. I afraid, you should address this bug to xkeyboard-config maintainers (http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/XKeyboardConfig)
