Do you plan to reimplement the panel volume clickbar from 4.4.2? If not, would you mind if I try to add it as an option? The scroll wheel doesn't feel comfortable to me, especially when using a touchpad.
Version 4.9.0 introduces a popup with a slider so this should fix the issue, although is a different way.
