I cannot copy formated text. For example in javascript WYSIWYG editor or in OOo Writer, if I copy something and paste it again, it's plaintext.

What version?

I can reproduce, I was sure to have tried out and made sure it works :/ A workaround until the next release would be to deactivate the manager (Main clipman menu > "Activate").

It made a bad assumption by considering text/html to be copied as text/plain. For now I dropped text/html and as a result the manager won't make sure that the text copied from OOo will exist after it has been quit. I will have to figure out how to reproduce/clone a GtkSelection so this can never happen.

A fix is committed in r7338.
