screenhot showing unnamed python processes and false CPU%

issue #1 --- all python processes are displayed as "python", not with their own names.(in screenshot: you can see two "python" entries, they should have been "quodlibet" and "medit", as shown by top)

issue #2 --- in xfce4-taskmanager, most processes are displayed as using much less CPU than top command does. Sometimes a process gets a few percents then they drop off. of course top command says the opposite. (in screenshot: the quodlibet "python" entry says %0-%3, top says %8-%14 consistently). this is true with any process, all the time.

versions: continues since from 4.4 times till now 4.6.1

my setup: debian testing with linux 2.6.26-2-amd64. recently i deleted all xfce files from ~/ because of the rodent icon theme issue when upgrading from 4.4 to 4.6, so ~/ files can't be the problem.

The latest push into git (e545b2e) displays the short command line with all the arguments so this works out well for python-like applications.

The question regarding the CPU usage will be discarded, I will see how it behaves between one core and two cores however, but the info is correct and no it is not possible to have the exact same value as task-application1 or 2.
