Overview:
 Configure dialog is not localized (English strings are still displayed) if launched from panel icon.
If launched from tray icon, it is localized basically, but after displaying about dialog, configure dialog is displayed in English.

Hey,

I already noticed that problem, but I didn't catch the "About dialog" > "Settings dialog" and back into english.

I'll be looking at fixing this bug for the next release.

Bug found, it happened when using the macro XFCE_LICENSE_GPL, now the code has a static text.
