With English keyboard input hotkeys Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X etc are working with the desktop. When I switch to Russian input same hotkeys are not working anymore. This is strange as in Thunar hotkeys are working regardless of language selected.
This should work in git master and xfce-4.6 branch as well now.
No, it's not fixed. Non-English hotkeys work in Thunar, but not with xfdesktop.
I can reproduce with xfdesktop 4.12
