Can not empty or restore thunar trashcan

There's an empty folder shown in thunar trashcan:

video

1. when I chose "Empty Trash", I got:
  Failed to remove "1-video"
  directory not empty.

2. when I try to "restore", I got:

Failed to determine file info for "trash:///1-video/%3F%3F.rmvb".

I tried to delete ~/.local/share/Trash, and recreated it. the folder "video" still in thunar trashcan with an empty ~/.local/share/Trash/

then, I created a new home folder for this user, moved user files over and ~/.xinitrc. after rebooting, the "video" folder disappeared for a while, but still still shows up after sometime.

I'm considering to create a new user, and copy user files over, not sure I could get an ampty trashcan from thunar by doing so.

OS: gentoo
thunar 1.0.0 USE=(X dbus hal pcre startup-notification trash-plugin)

Do you have a file alteration monitor? Gamin (recommended) or FAM. If not, you can type Ctrl+R or F5 to refresh the content. Cause if you delete by hand the trash directory in ~/.local/share than Thunar shouldn't be displaying any files in the trashbin anymore.

Please reopen if this is still an issue with the latest Thunar release.
