Since the last commit, the Kurdish statistics page is completely broken.

This is caused by the use of a different charset.

msgfmt gives the following warning:

   Message conversion to user's charset might not work.

Did evil stuff (passed output of xdt-i18n through grep) to fix it.

Thanks for fixing, but I don't understand. Had one of our po files a wrong encoding?

Kurdish requires UTF-8:
