In Thunar, you can bind a shortcut key to creating a new directory,
but you cannot for creating a new empty file. I create empty files
a lot, and it would be nice to be able to set a shortcut to this.

For example: Ctrl+Alt+N creates a new file and lets you rename it right away,
just like when normally creating an empty file.

This is only supported for custom actions. You can create a custom action that does this and assign a shortcut to it.
