The buttons in the conflict error dialog (see the attached image) are displaying markups in the "opposite direction".

On the screenshot you can see that it displays for "l'espace" the characters "&amp;apos;" instead of "&apos;" instead of "'". It looks like it is escaping the shortcut names inside the button label twice or something.

I thought that was fixed already, did you try using the C locale? (maybe it's just the translation that is not up to date)

Yes same problem (I did it within the keyboard settings dialog however, there isn't any shortcut name with an apos in the window manager shotcut names).

The attached screenshot shows that the command conserves its markups within the dialog.
