When in a menu, there should be keyboard shortcuts so that one does not have to manually scroll down and select an item, e.g. one should be able to select "o" while menu is open and it immediately selects and opens the "Office" submenu, or "w" and it immediately selects and opens "Web Browser".  

User should be able to edit these shortcuts.

Ideally, the shortcut should be noted in the menu (either underlining the letter, or a column that gives the shortcut).
