Created attachment 2221 patch to svn r6860 adding a 'Clear Log' item to the context menu I found that I was regularly clicking on Properties > View Log... > Clear in order to remove the failure indicator from the panel icon. So, in the interest of saving a few mouse clicks, I added support for a 'Clear Log' item in the content menu. This should be useful for people with intermittent connectivity etc.
Failure indicator informs the user that something goes wrong and that is something in which he should be interested in (he should view the log). If you are not interested in failure messages you can disable the indicator by unchecking Properties -> View Log... -> Show log status in icon. I think that this report does not concern a bug. Therefore, I am closing this report as Invalid.
