When I run orage, orage is not displaying. I see the icon on the taskbar but when I click it, orage doesn't pop up. In the command line, I typed ./configure, then make, then make install.
You probably have an old environment causing problems. At the end of ./configure you get the build configuraton. What does it say? You should not have MCS if you are running orage against post 4.4 Xfce. Having MCS is known to cause similar problems that you describe. What is the version you are using? orage -v try killing orage and starting it again from the terminal: killall orage orage You may get some errors which might help?
