Added most of them. Also added some missing beta and rc version and dropped 4.6rc2 from xfconf. Maybe we need some new milestones too. For the panel I only use a 4.6, 4.8 and future milestone, no 4.6.x milestones. This makes it easier to get a complete overview of everything that needs to be fixed in the branch and when a bug blocks a release we should either use the Importance or Flags field IMHO. Maybe we can get the the same across bugzilla if other agree with this opinion. I've also changed the 4.6.0 blocking flag to 4.6.1, so we can use it to track outstanding bugs for the next stable release. Leaving bug open for possible milestone changes.
