Patch to enable substitution of plugin PID for %P in left-click command string

Here's a patch that allows you to pass the PID of the mailwatch
plugin to the left-click command by putting a "%P" in the
configured command string.

I've done this so that the command I'm executing can send the
appropriate plugin a SIGUSR2 when it's done in order to force
an update.

[Unfortunately, I'm still running 4.4, so the SIGUSR2 handling
feature doesn't work yet for me. But, when it does, this will
be handy.]
