implement open with thunar from xfrun4

When entering a directory in xfrun4 open it with thunar in stead of giving
an error.

Should pass to exo-open, as we can't be sure the user has thunar installed.

Should also use g_shell_quote(), in case it contains spaces.

IMHO, it should call exo-open anytime it fails to exec the command, so xfrun4 would work with URL too (it's a feature that kde users seem to miss in xfce)
