Use gtk_widget_get_toplevel() instead of the XfaeWindow for gtk_window_set_transient_for()

The title says it all. When you try to add a new autostarted application, xfce4-session-settings crashes. Patch attached (I don't seem to have commit permissions for xfce4-session).
