When you select a file, and go to the menu Edit, you will see that the item "Ma_ke Link" is not translated nor is it translatable. The description that goes along with it, displayed in the status bar, is neither translatable which is "Create a symbolic link for the selected file". When no files are selected the menu item shows "Ma_ke Links".
The string is translatable. I grepped inside the wrong vim buffer :-$
