Mounting SMB or NFS directories isn't user-friendly on Thunar, compared to Nautilus and Konqueror.
I did read the FAQ (http://thunar.xfce.org/pwiki/documentation/faq). Since FuseSMB works well, maybe a FUSE plugin for Thunar could do the job?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Thunar
2. look for SMB/NFS shares
3.

Actual Results:
Impossible to discover SMB or NFS shares with Thunar.

Expected Results:
Shortcuts for SMB/NFS network shares would be handy.

Hi, Thunar 1.6.3-1 in Debian here. I can list SMB shares on my network by going to the "Browse Network" shortcut in the sidebar. Everything works properly, when mounted, the shares also display in the sidebar.

Does this bug still happen for you on a current version of Thunar?
