Steps to Reproduce:
1) Select "Search with:" -> "Dictionary Server"
2) Input a wrong word and search.
3) Messages are appeared: "No matches could be found for <word>." / "Search <word> using <web servoce>"

Actual Results:
<web service> is not localized.

Expected Results:
<web service> should be localized.
