In preferences of Xfce4 power manager, under "CPU settings" you can change settings for the used cpu-freq governor on AC and on battery power.
For AC it says "CPU freq settings on electric power", for battery "CPU governor settings on battery power"
1. It prolly should say "CPU frequency governor settings ..." in both cases
2. "electric power" sounds wrong to me, battery is also electric ;) - I'd write AC power.

I agree for 2, and i'll change tonight, hopefully the translators will not be upset.

for 1, i'm not sure what you are saying in both cases the string is
CPU frequency settings on... 
there no "governor"!

please have a look at the two attached screenshots of xfce4-pm 0.6.0rc1,
but that seems to be fixed in SVN, sorry for the noise :)

Electric will be changed to AC, so i can consider this bug closed.
