The current .desktop file contains:
Name=Xfce 4 Power Manager
Name[de]=Energieverwaltung für Xfce4
...
X-XfceSettingsName=Power
X-XfceSettingsName[de]=Strom

While Energieverwaltung is correct, X-XfceSettingsName[de] should be "Energie", not "Strom"
