Fix french strings in code

Hi,

a Debian user reported that there were french, non translatable strings in quicklauncher interface, and cooked a patch for this. He added russian translations too.

Both patches are attached and the second needs the first.

This is a duplicate of 4092 which is fixed. The Russian translation can be updated by the Russian transtion team on Transifex.
