Hi, With encfs used like this encfs ~/.toto ~/toto thunar jump out when ~/toto/ is entered. (~/.toto/ is ok)
What exactly do you mean by 'jump out'? Additional info for other readers: `encfs rootdir mountPoint` where rootdir contains the encrypted data and mountPoint the unencrypted/visible data.
I open thunar, I double-click on "toto" folder in my home folder, the content starts to be displayed (thumbnails) and return (quickly) to home folder.
The content of "toto" (.toto) folder is just videos. If thumbnailer is off (thunar prefs), the problem still remain.
Hi, My system is updated (2.6.28 etc...) and this strange behavior is still present : nobody else has encountered ?
This behavior does not occur with Nautilus (Debian): how to talk Thunar ? (thunar in an xterm return prompt immediatly)
I used Thunar 0.8/0.9 in Xubuntu 7.10/8.04, no problems with EncFs. When moved to ArchLinux, described behaviour appeared (Thunar 0.9/1.0.0). EncFS debug output shows no errors.

Same problem in debian squeeze with thunar 1.0.2 here.
Not a Thunar issue now it uses GIO/GVFS.
