when I am uploading an image, the thumbnailer image doesn`t show
I am request thunar-thumbnailer-plugins can show image thumbnail when uploading an image like windows

I'm not entirely sure of what you mean?

By "uploading an image", do you mean when you are transferring an image from a digital camera to a local folder?

Closing as thunar-thumbnailer is deprecated/unmaintained/replaced by tumbler.
