Conforms to the latest desktop entry file spec

The latest desktop entry file spec has several changes where a .desktop file created with the exo tool is wrong.

I attach a patch for the exo part.


I didn't find where the "MimeTypes" key is generated, but as I noticed, when a mime type is appended, it is missing a final semi-colon.

PS: the patch also replaces a deprecated GLib function
