xfce4-popup-windowlist manpage

A Debian user, François Wendling, noticed that xfce4-popup-windowlist was missing a manpage. It's a tiny tool so it's not really serious, but it's better to have one, and he provided one. If you want to include it, I've attached it to this bug.

Not going to fix this. There will be --help in the new scripts, too much hassle with translated man pages.

Devel branch has been merged in master. A 4.7.0 release will follow soon. If you think this bug is not fixed? Feel free to reopen the bug.
