Upper panel won't hide even when auto hide is set.

At first it works great. I really like to hide all my panels as it save screen space and minimize clutter. Suddenly it just stay shown. I attached a screen shot.

It's really annoying. the panel covers the minimize, hide, etc. buttons. I turn off auto hide but I did not like the look of it. Could someone help me?

IIRC there was a bug about the xfce-menu not properly unregistering with that panel, that is the case here: we don't hide when a menu is visible and monitor when the menu is hidden.

This bugs was fixed and I added another check in the devel panel to decrease the internal counter when the menu was destroyed, which should prevent things like this.
