1. right-click on titlebar or click on window menu button
2. window menu appears
3. window that the menu belongs to gets unmapped
4. click somewhere to dismiss window menu
5. BOOM!

yep, this is going to be pretty rare, but it happens nonetheless.  couldn't get
a good backtrace, just screens and screens of "??", and gdb's warning that the
stack is probably corrupt.

using current xfwm4 CVS as of 10 minutes ago.
