When systray is placed on a toolbar which is wider than usual (mine is 48 px), it takes more place than necessary, leaving blanks at the top and the bottom or sometimes using a large icon. I propose that functionality similar to taskbar's or quicklauncher's be added to systray.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Expand a panel to 48 px or more.
2. Open several applications using systray.

Actual Results:  
Observe the systray expand and consume increasingly more real estate on this space-intensive area.


Expected Results:  
If there were two rows, systray would expand at least twice more slowly.
