I don't see it in the XML feed, though, nor in the weather.com page (http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/businesstraveler/local/FRXX0099?lswe=toulouse,%20france&from=searchbox_localwx) Or is it "Feels like"? in which case it's present as "Windchill" in the weather applet.
"Feels like" wasn't around when I filed the bug, but hopefully it represents windchill when cold and heat index when hot. Thank you for your help.
