Hi, a Debian user reported that permissions (such as executable bit) were not kept in a burned compilation, so it seems that rockridge (and Joliet) aren't yet supported, or activated. It'd be nice if one could chose that. Cheers, and thanks for the work. -- Yves-Alexis
Thank you for reporting this. This enchantment will be implemented in the next release (xfburn 0.3.1).
Xfburn should be creating rockridge and joliet images already, because we're creating IsoWriteOpts with profile 2. According to the docs that enables rr and joliet, but apparently it does not?
This should be fixed in rev. 5027. Turns out the extensions were both enables, but the iso profile we selected from libisofs reset file permissions. New we use a basic profile, and manually enable iso level 2, rr and joliet.
