The orage window shows up way to large, much larger than necessary. Please see the attachment.

The extra space is reserved for events. If you have no events, the window is
empty, but still takes the space.

This is fixed on BUG 3900.
After 4.5.13.2 there are two additional widgets at the bottom and both 
are not there if they would be empty.
