The default layout is not the first menu item in a newly added instance of the plugin.

Reproduce as follows:
Add a new instance of the datetime plugin.
Left click on the layout menu.
The menu item is third, not first.
Left click on the date and then the time menus.
The menu items are first in both of these menus.

The expected behavior is for the default layout to be the first item in the layout menu.

I think this order would still look organized and satisfy this bug:
1. Date, then time
2. Time, then date
3. Date only
4. Time only

Sound good?

Yes. I believe it is best to show both date and time by default, since that is what the plugin is supposed to do.
