Titlebar icon not automatically refreshed on icon theme change. This icon also shows up on the taskbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open thunar and browse to a directory.
2. Change the icon theme


Actual Results:  
Thunar still uses the folder icon from the old icon theme in its title bar.

Expected Results:  
Thunar should change the titlebar icon when it changes the file view icons.

Browsing to a different folder makes the icon refresh. (Does this mean Thunar reloads the icon every time I browse to a folder??? It really shouldn't do that unless the new folder has a different icon from the previous one.)
